Due to the Website's technical design (static HTML, without cookies or automated analytics collection), simply browsing the site does not result in my automatically collecting personal data (such as analytics data).
Personal data is processed when you voluntarily contact me through the contact form on the Website, by email or by telephone.
Data processed when you contact me (form / email / telephone):
- Name
- Email address
- Telephone number, if you provide it voluntarily
- Other information voluntarily shared in your message or call (such as a project description)
Purpose of processing: Responding to quote requests, communicating with you and preparing for a possible future contract.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR (the data subject's voluntary consent) and Article 6(1)(b) (steps prior to entering into a contract).
3. Data retention period
I process the data you provide for as long as the communication or resulting business relationship (such as a contract or invoicing) requires it. If a quote request does not lead to an order, I delete the data from my email and telephone contact systems within one year of your enquiry. For invoicing, I must retain the data on invoices for eight years in accordance with the Accounting Act.
4. Data transfers and processors
I treat your personal data as strictly confidential and never disclose or sell it to unauthorised third parties for marketing purposes.
To support technical operations, I use the systems of the following service providers as data processors (for example, hosting, email and invoicing):
- Rackhost Zrt. (Email and domain services)
- Netlify, Inc. (Static website hosting — without data collection)
- KBOSS.hu Kft. (Számlázz.hu — only when entering into a contract and issuing invoices)
5. Your rights concerning data processing
At any time, free of charge, you may:
- Request information about your processed data (right of access).
- Request correction or amendment of your data.
- Request deletion of your data (the right to be forgotten), unless retention is required by law, such as accounting obligations.
- Withdraw your consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
You can send your requests to info@kaluzsakrisztian.hu by email. I will fulfil them as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest.
6. Remedies
If you believe I have infringed your rights when processing your data, please contact me first so we can resolve the matter quickly and amicably. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11., ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu).
